Contracts Administrator
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team and provide essential support to our contracts department.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Provide admin support to the Contracts and Operations teams
- Purchase materials and services in line with project requirements
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders and track deliveries
- Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit notes
- Maintain accurate records and update contract information
- General office and administrative duties as required
Essential:
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
- Experience using Sage and Eque2 Construct (preferred, not essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Experienced Asphalt Operatives
Overview
We are looking for experienced and reliable Asphalt Operatives to join our surfacing team across a variety of projects throughout the country.
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience working as a skilled, motivated, and quality-focused member of an asphalt surfacing team.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including travelling throughout the country when required.
- Undertake laying, raking, levelling, and finishing of asphalt materials to the required standard
- Collaborate with the Foreperson and the wider surfacing team to deliver works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Comply with site instructions, approved safe working practices and company procedures.
- Assist with the safe use of surfacing machinery, tools, and associated equipment.
- Complete site-preparation and general operative duties before, throughout and following surfacing activities.
- Perform routine inspections and basic upkeep of plant, equipment, and personal protective equipment
Desirable:
- CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- All round Asphalt experience
